Natural products, as you know,  are somewhat elite. They’re mostly handmade and thus super rare.
All natural products come with their restrictions, maybe that’s why they are natural. Like all other natural products like soap, fabric color etc, it takes basic care to keep our toys natural and shiny. 

Our toys are made with natural color and organic lac. We don’t add binders and preservatives to our colour and thus it comes with its limitations.

Handle with Care: Our toys are painted with natural lac and organic colors. The lac coating is thin and may chip with sharp blows or hard impacts. Small impacts are harmless.

Avoid Alcohol-Based Products: Natural lac dissolves in spirits and alcohol. Please refrain from using alcohol-based products like perfume, sanitizer etc to maintain the shine and coating.

Gentle Cleaning: Clean the toy with a dry or slightly wet cloth, followed by immediate drying. Exposure to excess water or moisture may lead to color disorientation.

Indoor Use Only: Our toys are designed for indoor use. Avoid extreme temperatures below 0 degrees or above 45 degrees Celsius, as they may cause color cracks or lac melting. Keep away from very humid places.
